Meditation

Meditation is the practice that leads to a peaceful mind, where erroneous thoughts do not arise, emotions are not stirred, and clarity remains…especially help practitioners eliminate the Ego, end ignorance, and attain Enlightenment and Liberation.

At a low level, meditation is considered a mental exercise or mental hygiene that helps people relieve their stress. It is also a trend toward meditation that many places in the world are researching. Many countries have brought the practice of meditation into schools and prisons. Followers of other religions also study and practice it, too.

At a high level, meditation is considered the practice of the philosophy of Happiness because the peace of our mind is greater than any of the pleasures of the world. Also, meditation is regarded as the key to increasing one’s ability in many ways such as mental power, intuition, and miracles that begin to be studied seriously.

That inevitably will happen because meditation is the future of humans, helping them become “new ones” more advanced because the power of their mind is developed and used with miracles.
