  • 07:00 - 09:15: Natural return

Taking a break from the busy and chaotic world and focusing on the present moment by directing your thoughts and emotions towards the purified land.

It is a feeling of relief and comfort, as if coming back to a familiar and safe place after a long journey.
It is also a sense of returning to one’s true self or finding a sense of inner peace and clarity through the practice of Buddhism.

  • 09:20 09:40: Tea break

Taking a short break while sipping a cup of tea in the peaceful ambiance of the green fores

  • 09:45 - 10:45: Golden lessons - Awakened sound

The life of the Buddha is an example of sacrifice, the pursuit of true happiness, the diligent cultivation for the purpose of enlightenment and liberation for all beings. Learning about his life can help people learn to seek happiness and work towards higher goals in life.

The sound of the bell brings us back to the present moment, full of peace and happiness.

  • 10:45 - 11:25: The art of touching peace - Mindful breathing

It is the practice of mindfulness and being fully present in every breath and step, so that we can experience peace and happiness in everything we do, even in the midst of difficulties and challenges.

By combining inner energy movements with mindful breathing, we can maintain a healthy body and mind that supports our meditation practice.

  • 11:30 - 12:00: Soul purification

Attachment is the root of all suffering. By recognizing the impermanence of all things and practicing non-attachment, Buddhists believe we can free ourselves from suffering.

  • 12:00 - 13:30: Grateful meal

It refers to the practice of expressing gratitude before and after eating a meal. We cultivate a sense of appreciation and mindfulness for the food we consume and to avoid wasting it.

  • 13.30-15.00: The Miracle breath

Our breathing reflects our minds. A calm person breathes gently, and an agitated one breaths rapidly. Being aware of our breathing is understanding our minds.

  • 15:00 - 15:45: Peace in every step - Wholesome wish - The infinite blessing

Taking each peaceful step to visit the Arhats’ garden, we learn about their behavior and teachings, and strive to incorporate their wisdom and virtues into our own lives

    Wholesome wish

Being boundless compassion, The Lord Buddha is like our great Father who always stands by us and listen our all sharing. Any sadness, depression, anxiety, suffering; let’s bow to Him and talk

    The infinite blessing

The Enlightened Arhats are a source of limitless blessings that we can receive through our worship and whole-hearted reverence towards them.

  • 15:50 - 16:30: Life balance

The peaceful moments of wandering around and sitting in a tranquil temple are the times when you calm down and reflect after the mindfulness practices, with mindful breathing and peaceful steps. You then return to your daily life and seek for balance amidst the difficulties and challenges.
